Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal player account registered on pro8et through which all betting and gaming activities are conducted.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by pro8et to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method into their pro8et Account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a User's age, residency, and identity.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's pro8et Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Indonesia" or "Indonesian jurisdiction" refers to the Republic of Indonesia and its territorial boundaries where Users are physically located.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on pro8et, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form integral parts of this agreement.

If you are accessing this Website on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "User" refer to both the individual and the entity.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use pro8et services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pro8et strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when placing bets or accessing gaming services. pro8et does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Persons who are bankrupt, mentally incapacitated, or otherwise legally restricted from entering contracts may not use this Platform.
• Single Account Policy: Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or accounts under false names) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: If you have previously self-excluded from pro8et or any affiliated gambling platform, you may not create a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired.

pro8et reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to meet these eligibility requirements or who provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process: To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification: pro8et employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill, a selfie photograph, or other documents as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to immediately notify pro8et of any unauthorized access or security breach. pro8et will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 Account Use: Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access your Account, and you may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to another person. Commercial use of player accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods: pro8et accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.2 Deposit Limits: pro8et does not impose a maximum deposit limit, but your bank or e-wallet provider may have transaction limits. You are encouraged to set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your Account settings.

5.3 Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pro8et. Standard processing time is under five minutes for verified accounts, though additional verification may delay processing for up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions: You may not withdraw funds until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. pro8et reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.5 Fees: pro8et does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.6 Currency: All transactions on pro8et are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If your bank account or payment method uses a different currency, your financial institution will handle the conversion at their prevailing exchange rate.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Users as determined by pro8et. Each promotion has specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. These terms are published on the promotions page and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before converting bonus funds into withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, plus potential account termination.

6.4 Promotional Terms: pro8et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, pro8et's decision is final.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pro8et. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or rule violation.

7.2 Odds and Results: Sports betting odds are provided by third-party data suppliers and are subject to change without notice. Once a bet is placed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. All bet results are determined based on official league or tournament results. In cases of postponed or abandoned events, specific rules apply as outlined in our sports betting rules page.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games: All casino games, slots, and togel lottery draws operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed once the round is completed. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information page.

7.4 Maximum Payouts: pro8et reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. These limits are published in our betting rules and may vary by sport, league, or game type.

7.5 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcome, or account balance, you must notify pro8et customer support within 14 days of the disputed transaction. All disputes will be reviewed, and pro8et's decision is final and binding.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on pro8et:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or any other fraudulent means to deposit funds or claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using pro8et to transfer, conceal, or disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or insider knowledge that provides an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing pro8et staff or other players via customer support channels or in-game chat.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability: While pro8et strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. pro8et is not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Providers: pro8et uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and odds suppliers. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties.

9.3 User Responsibility: You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk. pro8et is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the Platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and bankroll management.

9.4 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, pro8et's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or bonus forfeitures.

10.2 Suspension by pro8et: pro8et reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion: As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online betting platforms. Any disputes arising from your use of pro8et shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By using pro8et, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration process and waive any right to pursue legal action in local courts, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

pro8et reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of pro8et following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your Account.
